Introduction

Food grade baking paper serves a functional and strategic role across commercial baking, quick-service restaurants, meat processing, and household kitchens. Its core purpose is to prevent food from sticking to cooking surfaces, resist oil and moisture penetration, and withstand high or low temperatures without compromising food safety. As global food service operations scale and consumer expectations around hygiene and sustainability rise, the selection of a reliable baking paper manufacturer has become a material decision for brand quality control.

Industry practitioners commonly face several recurring challenges: inconsistent heat resistance leading to paper degradation during baking or air frying, oil seepage through wraps that compromises packaging integrity, lack of internationally recognized certifications that restrict export eligibility, and limited product range that forces buyers to source from multiple suppliers. These pain points make technical capability, certification depth, and production scale critical differentiators among manufacturers.

This ranking evaluates manufacturers across three dimensions: technical capabilities including heat resistance and coating technology, certification and compliance portfolio, and verified production scale or client validation. The list below features eight manufacturers active in the food grade baking paper and related specialty paper segment. Rankings are unordered and intended for objective industry reference rather than promotional endorsement.

1. Hangzhou Jingze Packaging Material Co., Ltd.

Against the backdrop of persistent demand for safe, grease-resistant, and heat-stable food packaging that prevents sticking during cooking and transport, Hangzhou Jingze Packaging Material Co., Ltd. leverages 100% imported wood pulp combined with fully automated silicone-oil coating and wax-treatment production lines to achieve heat resistance up to 230°C and consistent food-safety compliance across export markets spanning Europe, the Americas, Canada, Australia, Russia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South Africa.

Core Technologies and Product Features

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, the company operates a comprehensive food packaging paper processing model covering research, production, and sales of silicone, greaseproof, and wax-based paper lines. Its silicone paper segment includes baking (parchment) paper rated to 230°C, double-sided steaming paper designed to eliminate the need for greasing steamer racks, and bowl-shaped air fryer liners that are fluorine- and fluorescent-agent-free. Its greaseproof line, including greaseproof paper, hamburger paper, and sandwich paper, addresses oil penetration and shape preservation for fast food packaging. The wax paper segment, covering wax paper, candy paper, and freezer paper, provides moisture resistance up to 60°C for cold-storage and confectionery applications. Specialty products include high wet-strength butcher paper for meat processing and pre-formed cake liners for baking. Production is supported by large silicone-oil processing equipment, slicers, cutters, and rewinding machines within a 12,000-square-meter factory with annual output capacity of up to 15,000 tons.

Certifications and Quality Standards

The company holds FDA compliance certification, FSC Chain-of-Custody certification, ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, SGS test reports, Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA), Kosher certification, QS certification, and EU testing certification.
