Regular dungeon progression in Aion 2 becomes easier when every player brings something the others need. Equipment and Aion 2 Items can strengthen individual characters, but they cannot resolve a party where everyone wants the same job. Build around encounter requirements first, then choose the characters that can fulfill them.

Assign Responsibilities Before Comparing Classes

Start with four questions: who holds enemy attention, who restores health, who handles utility, and who delivers consistent damage? These are responsibilities rather than rigid character categories. A damage dealer might cover an interrupt, while a support character might contribute healing between dangerous attacks.

The important distinction is between useful overlap and wasted overlap. Two players with defensive tools can provide insurance, but two players expecting someone else to manage enemies create uncertainty. Before entering, identify the primary owner of each essential task and a secondary owner where possible.

Give Your Damage Dealers Room to Work

Several melee characters can perform well together, but they also compete for safe space around a boss. Frequent ground attacks, narrow platforms, or mechanics that force players apart can leave the entire damage lineup moving instead of attacking. Consider whether the group can maintain pressure while repositioning.

A ranged option may reduce that pressure, although distance alone does not guarantee safety. Choose damage profiles that complement the encounter: sustained output for lengthy fights, focused burst for priority targets, or effective area damage for clustered enemies. The highest personal rating matters less when its owner cannot attack reliably.

Protect the Group Between Major Attacks

Insufficient sustain usually becomes visible before the final boss. Health declines across successive pulls, defensive abilities disappear early, and the healer spends every moment repairing avoidable damage. Address the cause rather than automatically adding more healing: improve positioning, shorten dangerous pulls, or assign defensive abilities to specific moments.

Crowd control also protects resources. Assign control effects and interrupts deliberately instead of spending everything on the first enemy. Establish a recovery plan as well: decide who stabilizes the group after a mistake and, if the available abilities permit it, who handles revival. Otherwise, clarify when resetting is preferable.

Change the Lineup When the Dungeon Changes

Keep a dependable core, but treat the remaining responsibilities as adjustable. An encounter with repeated priority enemies may reward control and burst damage. Another may demand stronger sustained healing or damage dealers who can keep attacking while spread apart.

After a failed attempt, identify the missing function before replacing anyone. Was the problem survival, target handling, positioning, or damage uptime? Changing one responsibility gives the next attempt a clear purpose; replacing several players at once makes the result harder to interpret.

Whether you are reviewing equipment or considering cheap Aion 2 Items for upgrades, build the party around complementary responsibilities first. Clear assignments and encounter-specific adjustments make progression more consistent.
