Understanding the Corporate Identity Notebook Category

Guangzhou Xing He Printing Co., Ltd.Xinghe Printingpremium PU leather notebooks and planners for brand eventsCorporate gifting and brand events place unique demands on printed stationery. A notebook or planner handed out at a conference, onboarding session, or client meeting is often the first tangible touchpoint a recipient has with a brand, which means the cover finish, binding durability, and logo presentation all carry weight. , operating under the brand name , positions its Corporate Identity solution around exactly this need, offering as part of its broader industry-solution lineup that also covers cosmetic branding and educational publishing.

Founded according to company service history in 1988, and headquartered at Building 3, No. 19 Yunpu Road, Huangpu District, Guangzhou, China, the company operates as a factory-direct custom printing manufacturer and supplier, running a one-stop workflow from pre-press through printing, post-press, and port-to-port or door-to-door transportation. This end-to-end structure is directly relevant to corporate buyers who need consistent finishing quality across large batches of branded notebooks without coordinating multiple vendors.

The Finishing Techniques That Define a Corporate Identity Notebook

The visual and tactile quality of a corporate notebook depends heavily on its surface finishing. Xinghe Printing's documented finishing capabilities include Perfect Binding, thread sewing/Smyth sewn binding, saddle stitching, Wire-O/spiral binding, glossy lamination, matte lamination, spot UV, aqueous varnish, gold foil stamping, silver foil stamping, embossing, debossing, die-cut windows, full-color CMYK printing, and sprayed-edge finishing. Several of these are described specifically in terms of the sensory effect they create:

Spot UV: "Creates a striking contrast between matte and gloss, highlighting the logo with a premium 3D reflective feel."
Soft-touch Lamination: "Provides a velvet-like tactile experience that conveys luxury and elegance."
Gold/Silver Foil Stamping: "Adds a metallic brilliance that elevates the brand's perceived value and shelf impact."
Embossing/Debossing: "Adds physical depth and texture, inviting customers to touch and feel the craftsmanship."
Anti-scratch Matte Lamination: "Ensures the packaging remains pristine and professional even after long-distance shipping."

For corporate identity notebooks specifically, these finishes are applied to PU leather covers with logo printing and debossing, which the company notes "deliver an elevated look" while a dust jacket option adds "protection and display appeal."

This construction approach — rigid board reinforcement paired with coated cover stock — is representative of how the company builds structural stability into hardcover and spiral formats before applying foil, UV, or lamination finishes.

On sustainability, the company states that all paper materials are FSC-certified, sourced from responsibly managed forests, and that it offers recycled Kraft paper, soy-based inks, and plastic-free packaging options. Products are also described as meeting international safety and environmental standards for North American and European markets, a relevant consideration for corporate clients distributing branded notebooks internationally.
