Understanding the Search for a High-Precision Liquid Filling Machine Manufacturer Near You

Businesses across pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, and chemical sectors frequently search for a high-precision liquid filling machine manufacturer near me because manual filling processes create bottlenecks, inconsistent output, and higher labor dependency. Companies looking for automated liquid filling solutions typically want a manufacturer that combines engineering depth, in-house production, and reliable after-sales support. Shanghai Shengqi Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., operating under the brand name Shengqi Automation, addresses this search intent directly through its structured product matrix and established manufacturing base in Shanghai, China.

Company Overview: Shanghai Shengqi Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd.

Founded in 2004, Shanghai Shengqi Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, design, manufacturing, sales, and service. The company holds a registered capital of RMB 10,000,000 and maintains business coverage across all provinces and municipalities in China, alongside domestic and overseas markets, with products exported globally. Shengqi Automation was established with the strategic positioning of providing one-stop intelligent packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, chemical, logistics, and warehousing industries. Its stated company philosophy is that "creating benefits for customers is our greatest value," supported by core values of keeping pace with the times, professional and reliable conduct, cooperating with integrity, and creating value.

The company has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Shanghai Specialized, Refined, Peculiar, and Innovative Enterprise, and a Shanghai Technological Innovation Enterprise. Its National High-Tech Enterprise certificate was issued on December 12, 2023, and remains valid for three years. Shengqi Automation also holds ISO9001 quality management system certification, reflecting a documented commitment to consistent production standards relevant to any manufacturer supplying filling equipment.

Value Proposition and Differentiated Advantages

Shengqi Automation delivers one-stop intelligent packaging solutions that help users achieve automation and unmanned operations. Beyond filling equipment, the company supplies industrial robot bodies under the Zhihu Robotics "HOO" brand to support cost-effective end-of-line packaging, allowing customers to source both filling lines and robotic handling equipment from a single supplier.

Several differentiated advantages support the company's manufacturing capability:

An in-house mechanical machining workshop equipped with dozens of CNC machining centers, CNC lathe-milling machines, and turning, milling, planing, and grinding equipment, enabling flexible non-standard production for customized filling requirements.
A self-purchased 5,000-square-meter Shanghai plant featuring a display hall exceeding 2,000 square meters, which showcases liquid packaging lines, powder packaging lines, granule bottled packaging lines, case erecting/case packing/case sealing/palletizing lines, and robot packaging applications.
In-house industrial robot body manufacturing under the "HOO" trademark, integrated directly into packaging line design.
An installation, commissioning, and after-sales team of more than 15 people, averaging over 10 years of industry experience.

Pharmaceutical and Chemical Liquid Filling Production Lines

Pharmaceutical Liquid Filling Production Line

Shengqi Automation's Pharmaceutical Liquid Filling Production Line, part of its Liquid Filling Line category, is designed as an automated filling line for pharmaceutical oral liquids, syrups, mixtures, injections, vaccines, reagents, and eye drops. This coverage allows pharmaceutical manufacturers to run multiple pharmaceutical liquid packaging applications on a single production line, reducing the need for separate equipment investments across different liquid product categories.

Daily Chemical and Chemical Liquid Filling Production Line

For customers outside the pharmaceutical space, the Daily Chemical and Chemical Liquid Filling Production Line supports automated filling for pesticide, veterinary drug, disinfectant, chemical reagent, glass water, and urea products. This line is engineered specifically for the daily chemical and chemical industries, giving manufacturers in these sectors a filling solution tailored to their product characteristics rather than a generic adaptation of pharmaceutical equipment.

Technical Capability Behind High-Precision Filling

The foundation of Shengqi Automation's filling equipment lies in its proprietary research and development. The company holds nearly 100 invention patents and utility model patents related to automation equipment, along with dozens of software copyrights for self-developed equipment control systems. These self-developed control systems form the technology platform behind the company's filling lines, supporting consistent operation across pharmaceutical, daily chemical, and chemical liquid applications.

The company's design team includes more than 10 employees, supported by six senior electrical engineers who work on the control and automation systems embedded in filling and packaging lines. This engineering structure supports the technical development required for automated liquid filling equipment intended for regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals.

Manufacturing Scale and In-House Production

Shengqi Automation operates from a Shanghai headquarters built around a self-purchased 5,000-square-meter plant, complemented by a production factory in Suqian, Jiangsu Province, covering 15 mu, established in 2021. The Suqian facility is planned as an intelligent automation equipment factory integrating design, production, assembly, commissioning, and office functions. Combined, the company's total site area reaches approximately 15,000 square meters, providing the physical capacity needed to manufacture filling lines and related packaging equipment in-house rather than relying solely on outsourced components.

This scale is paired with an in-house machining workshop that allows random and efficient response to non-standard production and testing needs, an important factor for customers requiring customized liquid filling configurations rather than fixed, off-the-shelf machines.

Service and After-Sales Support

Shengqi Automation's service model spans pre-sales project discussion, design and manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and after-sales service. The installation, commissioning, and after-sales team, consisting of more than 15 professionals with an average of over 10 years of industry experience, is described as multi-skilled, responsive, and efficient. This structure is intended to support customers throughout the full lifecycle of a filling line, from initial project scoping through ongoing operational support.

Honors and Certifications

Shengqi Automation's market position is supported by several third-party recognitions. In addition to its National High-Tech Enterprise status, Shanghai Specialized, Refined, Peculiar, and Innovative Enterprise designation, and Shanghai Technological Innovation Enterprise designation, the company received the "Vitality Xin Trade Union" award from the Shanghai Jinshan District Federation of Trade Unions in December 2020. Its ISO9001 quality management system certification further supports the company's documented approach to manufacturing consistency.

Why Choose Shengqi Automation

For businesses searching for a liquid filling machine manufacturer, Shanghai Shengqi Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. presents a combination of in-house manufacturing, proprietary control system development, dedicated pharmaceutical and chemical filling lines, and an established after-sales structure. With more than 60 in-service employees, a design and engineering team supporting continuous product development, and manufacturing facilities spanning approximately 15,000 square meters, Shengqi Automation is positioned to serve pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, chemical, logistics, and warehousing customers seeking automated and unmanned liquid filling operations under the Shengqi Automation brand.
