pharmaceutical packaging materials and drug delivery technologiesinjection and inhalationthree-step automatic pen injector custom manufacturerWuxi NEST Biotechnology Co., Ltd., known by the brand name NEST, built its pharmaceutical packaging and drug delivery business around one industry pain point: the rising incidence of chronic diseases. Its answer is precision dosing and self-administration, designed to reduce clinical workload, minimize needle-stick injuries, and prevent medication waste. Founded in 2018 in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China, the company positions itself as a one-stop provider of , concentrated on methods, and operates as a high-growth medical technology company. For pharmaceutical buyers evaluating a , the practical question is less about a single catalog part than about whether a supplier can co-develop, validate, and mass-produce a device around a specific drug formulation.

What "Three-Step" Refers To in a Pharmaceutical Pen Injector

Injection Pen LineWithin NEST's 14-product matrix, the term appears in two connected places on the :

Disposable Pen Injectorthree-step liquid medicine injection device — positioned as a .
Prefilled Automatic Pen Injector Assembly (Three-Step) — a prefilled automatic assembly listed alongside a two-step variant.

self-administration in chronic diseasesBoth sit inside a product line positioned for such as diabetes and growth hormone deficiency. That positioning matters commercially: a pharmaceutical customer specifying a three-step device is usually selecting a delivery format that must be validated against a drug, a fill volume, and a patient population, not simply purchased as hardware.
