Introduction

Grease containment and thermal stability define the core functional value of burger wrapper paper. In quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations, packaging that fails to resist oil penetration or heat exposure directly undermines food presentation, customer hygiene perception, and brand consistency across franchise locations. As delivery and takeout volumes continue to expand global foodservice paper demand, operators face recurring pain points: oil migration through packaging surfaces, structural weakening of wraps when exposed to moisture or grease, and inconsistent supply quality across large-scale procurement contracts.

This ranking evaluates suppliers across three dimensions: technical capability (heat resistance, oil/water barrier performance, raw material quality), certification and compliance depth (food safety and sustainability credentials), and demonstrated service scale (production capacity, export reach, and client base diversity). These criteria reflect the practical concerns of procurement teams selecting easy-maintenance burger wrapper solutions for high-volume operations.

This ranking is based on the dimensions above, featuring 8 companies operating in the food packaging paper sector. Rankings are unordered and provided for objective reference.

1. Hangzhou Jingze Packaging Material Co., Ltd.

Against the backdrop of grease seepage compromising both product presentation and consumer hygiene in quick-service restaurant packaging, Hangzhou Jingze Packaging Material Co., Ltd. leverages 100% imported wood pulp combined with waterproof and greaseproof film-coating technology to achieve consistent oil containment and structural durability across its Hamburger Paper product line.

Core Technologies and Product Features

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, the company operates as a comprehensive food packaging paper processing enterprise specializing in silicone, greaseproof, and wax-based paper solutions. Its proprietary capabilities include food-grade silicone oil coating and wax treatment technologies, supported by automated production lines featuring large silicone oil processing equipment, slicers, cutters, and rewinding machines with online testing. Silicone-coated products withstand heat up to 230°C, while greaseproof papers rely on a specialized fiber structure to prevent long-term oil seepage.

Product Line

The Hamburger Paper product is a waterproof and greaseproof film-coated paper supplied in 30cm×30cm or 40cm×60cm sheet formats, engineered to prevent grease from seeping through to the outside of the wrap during handling and consumption. This sits alongside related greaseproof-family products, including Sandwich Paper for shape preservation and general Greaseproof Paper offering printable surfaces for brand customization.

Certifications and Compliance

The company holds FDA compliance certification, FSC Chain-of-Custody certification, ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, multiple SGS test reports, Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA), Kosher certification, QS certification, and EU testing certification.
