Season 10's Ether Tree rewards players who know what they want from a farming session. Whether you are collecting Hero Siege Gold or pushing toward tougher encounters, a focused route can make each point feel more valuable than a collection of unrelated bonuses.

Start With the Problem You Need to Solve

Before choosing a path, pay attention to what slows you down. If enemies fall quickly but rewards feel thin, map-oriented nodes may be worth pursuing. If you spend more time looking for a preferred activity than completing it, access to that activity may matter more than another damage increase.

Survival can be the real limit. A character that struggles to finish difficult encounters may earn more over time by investing in combat strength or durability first. The largest number on a node is not necessarily the most useful one if it fails to address the reason a run takes too long.

Build a Route, Not a Collection

Look at how nodes connect before spending points. Pick a destination that supports your main goal, then examine the bonuses along the way. A useful route should offer value as you progress, rather than requiring several points in effects that do little for your current activities.

Consider the full cost of reaching a node, not just its final effect. A modest reward improvement reached through useful intermediate nodes can be a better early choice than a stronger-looking option on a distant branch. Review the tree again when your gear, difficulty level, or preferred maps change.

Compare Rewards With Activity Access

Treasure Chests are a natural point of interest for players who want more value from map exploration. When reviewing the Season 10 node changes, read the current in-game wording and consider how often you open chests during a normal run. A chest-focused route has less appeal if your usual maps leave few opportunities to use it.

Presence of Evil serves a different planning question: how much do you value the activity associated with that node compared with general rewards or combat power Check its current effect and compare the route cost with your actual play pattern. A specialized setup can be excellent for a targeted session without being the best everyday progression choice.

Adjust as Your Character Improves

Early progression often favors consistent clears. Once your character handles the encounters you want to farm, points aimed at access or rewards may offer more practical value. Track a few comparable runs and note completion time, rewards, and the activities you encounter rather than judging a route from a single lucky map.

There is no single tree for every player. Choose a connected path that addresses your current bottleneck, revisit it as your goals change, and treat options such as cheap Hero Siege Gold as separate from the decisions that shape your time in each map.
