This has naturally pulled in a steady stream of working professionals looking for rental and owned housing nearby, making it a location with strong long term demand.

Apart from the employment hubs, the area is well connected to schools, colleges, hospitals, and shopping centers, which makes daily life convenient for families. Given the rising demand in Saravanampatti and the trust associated with the Brigade Group name, early buyers in new launches like this one often benefit from pre launch pricing, which tends to be lower than prices offered once construction progresses and possession nears. This is one of the reasons many buyers prefer to book units in the early stages of a project, provided the RERA registration and other approvals are in place.

Should You Book Now or Wait for RERA Approval?

This is a common question among buyers, and honestly, there is no one size fits all answer. Some buyers prefer to book early to lock in favorable pricing and get first pick of unit locations and floors. Others prefer to wait until the RERA number is officially issued, which gives them added peace of mind regarding the legal standing of the project.

If you do decide to move forward before the RERA approval comes through, make sure to get everything in writing from the developer, including a clear commitment on the expected approval timeline, and avoid making large payments until the registration is confirmed.
